Vykin Corporation is currently looking for experienced active in-scope TS/SCI cleared level III Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst to join our team located in the McLean, VA area.  We are a small defense contracting company that is veteran owned servicing the US Department of Defense.  The successful candidate will receive competitive wages, benefit plans and the opportunity to join a small company that still believes that every employee counts. 

Responsibilities

 

Vykin Corporation is seeking Full Motion Video (FMV) Imagery Analysts who are interested in joining a team of professionals providing direct intelligence support to the Global War on Terror.  Full Motion Video (FMV) Imagery Analysts are expected to exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply HUMINT and SIGINT information to FMV imagery analysis, and use an electronic light table (IEC, RemoteView) to exploit NTM imagery in softcopy. Imagery-derived products and reports are created by the FMV Imagery Analysts and published for distribution. Candidates will also need to compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Education:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of eleven (11) years of direct relevant experience
  • Minimumof two (2) years of experience using IEC, NES, RemoteView
  • An active in-scope TS/SCI clearance and ability to upgrade their clearance
  • Must be willing to undergo a Lifestyle Polygraph
  • Strong knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
  • During high-tempo operations, can relay and articulate information

  • Can prioritize and solve routine tasks, positively impact customer relations, and contribute to the completion of customer and Vykin organizational objectives

  • Excellent analytical writing skills

  • Must be capable of typing 32 WPM without looking at the keyboard

  • Candidates must possess the ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a screen 

  • Must be willing to work a shift schedule to include nights and weekends

 

Desired Experience:

  • Experience using Light Table, Multi-Int Analysis & Archiving System (MAAS), SmartTrack, and Falcon View
  • Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation experience
  • Background in Counter-Terrorism analysis
  • Understanding of National level imagery product standards and customer support services
  • Knowledge of and experience with the imagery collection process

 

Working Conditions

The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.  The work location is a government facility located on a military installation in McLean, VA supporting a DoD customer. The successful applicant will be working for and reporting directly to the prime contractor or the DoD customer as appropriate.
